Gallery Hours:
The gallery hours are weekdays Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The gallery is also open one hour before and one hour after Shaftman Performance Hall performances.

As part of Jefferson Center’s service to the community, The Gallery at Jefferson Center allows qualified exhibition presenters to use the gallery space on the second and third floors for a nominal charge of $200 per exhibition. This fee is waived if the presenter rents one of our venues for a reception at regular rental rates. Our commitment is to have quality exhibits featuring fine area and regional artists.

The gallery has 233.5 running feet of wall space on two floors and space for free standing and pedestal sculpture that do not protrude more than 18” into the corridor. With the many tenants, meetings and rentals, along with the events in Shaftman Performance Hall, the work in the gallery is seen by a large number of people each day. During the last season, over 44,000 people attended performances at Jefferson Center.

The staff at Jefferson Center is here to help you plan your exhibition. We want the look of the gallery exhibits to be compatible with the look of our elegantly restored building. In order for the event to be a success, you will need to read and complete several important forms before hand.

He will provide you with a contract for the exhibit and an invoice, which must be paid in full prior to hanging the show. We will be glad to meet with you to provide a tour of the gallery space, which will help you plan your exhibit.
