There are five ways you may purchase tickets:

By Mail:	Mail your completed ticket order form and payment	Click Here to purchase tickets online
Phone:	Place your order over the phone by calling 540.345.2550, or Toll  Free 866.345.2550. Please have your credit card information ready.
Fax:	If you are paying by credit card you may fax your order to Jefferson Center at  540.343.3744.
In Person:	The Box Office is located on the ground floor inside the Luck Avenue entrance.  Box Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and two hours prior to performance. Cash, Check and Credit Cards accepted
On-Line:	Tickets may be purchased for all Jefferson Center Presents performances on-line at our web site, www.jeffcenter.org.

Other events will be posted on the web site for ticket sales when requested by the renter of the facility.

If you place your order on-line, you will be assigned seats on a first-come, first-served basis as your order is received.  To choose your seats or check for availability, we ask that you contact the Box Office directly.  Seats are not reserved until payment in full has been received.

Tickets make great gifts! For information about gift certificates, group sales or other special ticket requests, please call the Box Office.

TICKET REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges.  All sales are final - refunds are given only in the case of event cancellation.  Tickets for individual performances that you will not used may be returned to Jefferson Center Box Office for a tax deduction receipt equal to the value of the tickets. We ask that tickets be turned in 48 hours prior to the performance to allow time for resale of the tickets. A $5 fee will be charged to reprint tickets for any reserved performances.
