In accordance with Jefferson Center's mission as this region's leading arts non-profit we strive to provide long term and short term rental space for community partners and individuals at rates far below market rate. This allows Jefferson Center tenants, many of which are non-profits themselves, to concentrate on accomplishing their mission, rather than maintaining a facility.

Jefferson Center's historic and beautiful facility offers the perfect setting for your organization. Your clients and staff will enjoy the inspiring 1920's architecture, as well as Jefferson Center's convenient location in Roanoke's Downtown West, only blocks from Roanoke's Historic City Market, just next door to the Kirk Avenue YMCA and neighboring restaurants including Beamers 25, Blue 5, Fork in the City and more.
Jefferson Centers rates are "all in" rates that include utilities, maintenance, and cleaning. Our tenants only responsibility is their data and phone lines. Leave everything else up to us.
