Jefferson Center Box Office Shipping and Refund Policies
Please be assured that your event tickets will be mailed out within 48 hours of your purchase. The carrier that we use is the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing and mailing your tickets. If after 14 days, you still have not received your tickets, please give us a call at (540) 345-2550, ext. 1, or send us an e-mail at ifortier[at]jeffcenter[dot]org.
Jefferson Center employs a NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES policy. In addition, Jefferson Box Office Policy charges a ticket reprint fee is $5.00 for reserved shows ONLY. General Admission tickets cannot be reprinted.
