CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES The use of cameras (with or without flash), video or audio recorders, and other electronic devices inside Shaftman Performance Hall is not permitted.

CELL PHONES AND PAGERS Cell phones and pagers should be set to silent mode or checked with the House Manager. Patrons who are paged or phoned will be discreetly contacted by the House Manager.

LATE SEATING In order to not disturb other audience members or the performers, Jefferson Center Presents maintains the following late seating policy: Patrons arriving after curtain may be directed to temporary seating at the back of the house. Reserved seats can then be occupied at time deemed appropriate by a House Usher. Other users of Shaftman Performance Hall may use different late seating policies on a per-event basis. Please speak to a House Manager for information.

CHILDREN We hope you choose to share the arts with your children, however children may be required to have tickets and separate seats. Please contact our Box Office and guest Services Manager in advance to inquire about whether a performance is appropriate for your children. As a courtesy to audience members and performers, please use discretion regarding a young child's ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance. Tickets for children and students for Jefferson Center Presents performances are ALWAYS offered at a reduced price, however this may not be the case for events presented by outside promoters and organizations. Again it is always important to call in advance and discuss your situation with a Jefferson Center staff person.

CONCESSIONS Beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as well as snack foods are available before performances and during intermission for all Jefferson Center Presents events. No food or drink is allowed in Shaftman Performance Hall.

SMOKING Smoking is strictly prohibited in Shaftman Performance Hall and in Jefferson Center. Designated smoking areas are located outside the Campbell Avenue and Luck Avenue entrances.

LOST ARTICLES Lost articles can be claimed at Jefferson Center Foundation offices, Suite 221, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please call 540.343.2624.

LOCATION Shaftman Performance Hall is Located in Jefferson Center in Downtown Roanoke. The main entrance to the Center faces Luck Avenue. The Box Office is located directly inside the main doors on the first floor, and Shaftman Performance Hall is located on the second floor of the facility.

PARKING Convenient parking is available for all Jefferson Center events. Parking staff will be on hand before, during, and after all performances.
