Development Coordinator

Jefferson Center seeks a Development Coordinator to work closely with the Director of Development to implement Jefferson Center’s individual, corporate and foundation fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience working in non-profit fundraising with experience in specialized CRM databases, fundraising appeals, coordinating events, communicating with and stewarding donors, grant research, reporting and tracking, corporate sponsorships and individual donor meetings. Candidate must be strong in multi-tasking, have outstanding communication, interpersonal, and research skills, work well under limited supervision and be extremely organized. Internships at Jefferson Center provide an excellent hands-on experience for college students interested in a career in performing arts and live entertainment. As an intern, you will work alongside JC staff in the areas of fundraising, event management, box office, artist relations, production, operations, sales, and marketing. Internships are unpaid.
